It all started out on a beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico – the Ritz Carlton to be exact, two friends sunnin’ and sippin’ and thinking about their lives and what they wanted to do next.
The project (dubbed Project X) took on many shapes before it was settled that a blog was going to be an outlet to get the next phase of our lives started.
We marinated on a name long and hard. Out of the depths of a 102 degree fever (not swine flu thank you very much!) came the first incarnation of a name and then the addition of one key word sealed the deal: FunkyChicSpeak.com was born.
FunkyChicSpeak.com is a place to unwind, and join in the conversation, and check out some new stuff you may or may not have heard about. We”ll be discussing things that interest us and hopefully interest you as well. Thanks for checking us our and hope you decide to stick around as we grow and evolve.
